Cancellations and Refunds:
Due to the nature of the product, cancellations and refunds is not accepted once the order is made or processed.
Returns Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item:
Customers are advised to check the order quantity and quality upon received/collects the goods.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know by send an email to email@example.com within 3 days upon receiving your order. We will not be held responsible for all claims submitted later than the given timeframe.
If the damaged, defective, or incorrect item is due to our productions errors and/or caused during the transit, we will have the item fixed or replaced. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of the returned order in full quantity.
We are not responsible for customer-generated mistakes, including spelling error, typographical error, grammar errors, poor image quality derived from low-resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors. We do not proofread or correct any such customer generated mistakes, therefore it is essential to preview your order carefully before placing your order.
